2. Eligibility
- The item must be identical in brand, type and specifications.
- The competitor must be a physical retail store located within 40Kms of our store.
- The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable (e.g., an advertisement, website listing, or in-store sign).
3. Exclusions
- Prices from online retailers or auction sites do not qualify for price matching.
- Promotions such as clearance sales, closeouts, liquidation sales, or membership-only prices are excluded.
- Price matching does not apply to special financing offers or bundled deals.
- Excludes trade and contractor quotes and commercial quantities.
4. Process
- Customers must provide proof of the lower price at the time of purchase or ordering.
5. Limitations
- Price matching is only available at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
6. Modifications

Tallarook Rural Supplies - Rookie Bucks Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Rookie Bucks Loyalty Program ("the Program") at Tallarook Rural Supplies. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling in the Program or using your Rookie Bucks loyalty dollars, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to all customers of Tallarook Rural Supplies who are not currently on a discount agreement who have completed the required registration process.
2. How the Program Works
- Earning Rookie Bucks: You earn 1.5% of the total value (excluding delivery or postage fee, on sale items and other non-eligible items) of eligible purchases made at Tallarook Rural Supplies, which will be credited to your Rookie Bucks account.
- Rookie Bucks Accrual: Rookie Bucks will be automatically added to your account once the purchase has been completed, and you will be notified of the balance available in your account.
- Redemption: Rookie Bucks can be redeemed at any time for eligible purchases at Tallarook Rural Supplies in-store, by presenting your account details.
3. Use of Rookie Bucks
- No Expiration: Rookie Bucks do not expire and can be redeemed at any time, as long as you remain an active customer of Tallarook Rural Supplies.
- Exclusions: Rookie Bucks cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers (including, but not limited to, seasonal sales, clearance items, or bulk discounts). You may only use Rookie Bucks for the full purchase price or part thereof on eligible products. Rookie Bucks cannot be generated on purchases of or redeemed on purchases of any bulk to silo or bulka bag products/items.
4. Program Restrictions
- Non-transferable: Rookie Bucks are non-transferable, and you may not assign or sell them to any other person.
- Fraudulent Activity: Tallarook Rural Supplies reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account of any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
5. Account Maintenance
- Account Access: You can check your Rookie Bucks balance on the bottom of your receipt/tax invoice or by requesting the information at the store.
- Program Modifications: Tallarook Rural Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rookie Bucks Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, any unredeemed Rookie Bucks will be forfeited.
6. Refunds & Returns
- Refunds: If a purchase for which Rookie Bucks were earned is refunded, the corresponding Rookie Bucks will be deducted from your account.
- Exchanges: If you exchange an item, the Rookie Bucks earned from the original purchase may be adjusted according to the new value of the exchanged item.
7. Privacy and Data Use
By participating in the Program, you consent to Tallarook Rural Supplies' collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be used for managing the Program and communicating with you about your account and rewards.
8. Program Termination
Tallarook Rural Supplies reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time, with or without notice. If the Program is terminated, any unused Rookie Bucks will be forfeited, and no further rewards will be earned or redeemed after the termination date.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tallarook Rural Supplies will not be held liable for any technical failures, loss of rewards, or any damages or losses arising from participation in the Program, except where prohibited by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to the Program will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
